So yeah - Twilight was awful.
If you were wiser than I was and slept instead of going to the hyped-up midnight showing, do yourself a favor and SKIP this movie. The casting is AWFUL, the acting is laughable, and though the plot is loosely the same, the story does NOT follow the book. YUCK! I guess it's worth seeing if you really liked the books... but really, don't expect much! Kris and I still had fun getting dressed up for it and being dorks, and then making fun of the melodrama, tacky flashbacks and bad acting, so I guess the night wasn't a total loss...
